In spite of the inclement weather the

Sue Barker Charity day was well attended

The AMAM competition was won by the team-

Wayne Sheppard (pictures left receiving the

 Trophy) , Nick Smith, Chris Trowsdale

and Steve Hennessy.

The day earned £900 for the

"Lifting Children's Hopes" Charity.

The Captains' Drive-In was privileged to receive

 a guest  appearance of the "Village **?" on Saturday 18th April.

Masquerading Captains (R to L) Jim Hedderwick, Sara Nicholls,

Bob Willet and Finlay Sammels.

A good day was had by all.  The Various activities and the Texas

 Scramble raised over £1700 for the Club Charity

("Lifting Childrens Hopes"). Thanks to all who participated and helped.

Charity Presentation

Presentation of a cheque for £7220 made to Rainbows Hospice,

 attended by last year's captains Phil Wright & Jennie Marris

 and a good proportion of Members.
